IP Secure remote communications from Moxa
I found this application interesting. One of our engineers has been working with the Moxa OnCell G3150 Cellular IP Gateway with VPN. It offers IP Secure remote communications to PLC (Progammable Logic Controller) / VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) via cellular communications. Alarm and status updates by email, text message. Program, monitor, troubleshoot PLC logic remotely. Embed data in messages. Notification on power failure, power up, etc.
